What happens if my pet’s breed is not in the list?We welcome all kinds of pets and breeds. If your pet’s species or breed is not yet available on our list, simply select “Other” for both fields and the app will ask you to enter the specific species or breed of your pet.

How do I add my pets photo into their profile?From the app’s home screen, select the pet you want to have a photo on. Press the name of your pet to go to your Pet’s Details Screen. Press the “Edit” button on the upper right and tap on the photo thumbnail to update your pet’s primary photo. You can also add additional photos to your pet’s profile by adding notes and attaching photos to the notes.

How do I add a reminder?From the app’s home screen, press the “+ Add Reminder” button on the pet you want to have a reminder for. You can choose to have a Medication reminder, an Appointment reminder, or Other reminder.

How do I add in a note?From the app’s home screen, select the pet you want to have a note for. On the About Section of your Pet’s Screen, press the “Notes” option. Once redirected to your Pet’s Notes Screen, you can press the “+” button on the upper right.

How can I record my pet’s dietary plan?From the app’s home screen, select the pet you want to have a diet record for. On the About Section of your Pet’s Screen, press the “Diet” option. Once redirected to your Pet’s Diet Screen, you can press the “+” button on the upper right. You can add details and photos for your pet’s Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Other Diet.

Can I upload my pets blood results from my email?Yes. You can upload your pet’s medical documents like blood test results by uploading the image or document file. From the app’s home screen, select the pet you want to have a medical record for. On the About Section of your Pet’s Screen, press the “Medical” option. Once redirected to your Pet’s Medical Screen, you can press the “+” button on the upper right. You can upload an image or document file for both medical document and vaccination records.

How do I add my pet’s weight?From the app’s home screen, select the pet you want to have a note on. On the Weight Tracker Section of your Pet’s Screen, press the “+ Add Weight” option.

Can I take a photo of my pet when I weigh them?Yes. You can set the weight and date, and also add a photo so you can track your pet’s growth.

How do I share my app with other family members?From the app’s home screen, press the Gear icon on the upper right to go to My Account. Then select the “Family Sharing” option and press the “+ Add Members” button. You can invite family members and other guests to access the info of your pets by adding their email address. We will send a confirmation email to the guest. They can install the app and access your pet’s info after.

Do I have to pay another subscription for my other family members?No. You don’t have to pay another subscription for your other family members to access your pet’s info. They will need to have their own subscription if they want to add their own pets.

Is there a limit to how many family members I can share my profile with?No. There is currently no limit to how many members you can share your pets’ profiles with.

Can I stop sharing my pet with friends or family members?Yes. You can stop sharing your pets’ info to friends and family members. From the app’s home screen, press the Gear icon on the upper right to go to My Account. Then select the “Family Sharing” option and press the trash icon on the right side of the user you want to remove.

How do I deactivate a pet?From the app’s home screen, press the Gear icon on the upper right to go to My Account. Then select the “Current Pets” option and tap on the 3 vertical dots on the pet you want to deactivate. Select “Edit” then change the Pet Status to Inactive.

How do I login to That Pet App?You can log in to That Pet App by installing the app from the App Store or Play Store. Once installed, you can create an account or you can log in using your email address and password.

How do I change my password?From the app’s home screen, press the Gear icon on the upper right to go to My Account. Then select the “Settings” option and select “Change Password”.

What happens if I forget my password?If you forgot your password and you can’t log in, you can tap on the Forgot Password option once you’ve entered your valid email address in the Sign In Screen. We will send a verification code to your email so you can update your password and sign in.
